Optional Extras Cable Production

Like the standard Cable Chalker this Type PM 500 KE-CV is designed to work in an inclined position of a catenary CV line for production of cable up to 200 mm outside diameter. Beside a supporting framework no extra design necessary.

The machine is placed on operators platform and can be controlled by central control panel of extruder line.

Control signal lights

Cable extruder lines can be relatively long and it is difficult for the operator to control every line component from any place of the line. We have forseen a high level mounted multi signal lamp unit to support the operator in controlling the complete extruder line. So he will be able to react in case of any problems immediately.

Having synchronized the control of the cable chalker with the central line panel the operator can immediately decide to make necessary corrections.
